Legal
Website Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the Rampay public website. Access to any transaction service may be subject to separate onboarding requirements, service terms and contractual documentation.
01
Acceptance
By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
02
Website use only
This website is informational. It describes an intended service model and integration approach. It does not itself provide payment, exchange, conversion, custody, wallet or digital asset services.
Access to any service is subject to onboarding, eligibility review, applicable requirements and the execution of separate contractual documentation.
Sections below that describe wallet information, digital asset delivery, transaction review or service availability are provided as general website and service information. They are not the final contractual terms governing any live transaction.
03
No offer or solicitation
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, invitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset or financial instrument, nor a representation that any service is available in any particular jurisdiction.
04
No advice
Content on this website is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
05
Illustrative content
Flow diagrams, architecture visualisations, integration examples, transaction states and code samples on this website are illustrative. They do not represent a live API contract, an available capability, a committed feature set or an operational guarantee.
06

07
Intellectual property
The Rampay name, logo, brand elements, website content and design are protected by intellectual property rights. No licence is granted other than the limited right to view the website for informational purposes.
08
Third-party links and services
The website may reference or link to third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services or practices.
09
Digital asset risk
Digital assets involve significant risk, including price volatility, technology risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and regulatory uncertainty. Transactions involving digital assets may be irreversible. You are responsible for assessing whether any transaction is appropriate for you.
10
User wallet information
The user is responsible for providing accurate destination wallet information where a wallet address or other destination information is required.
11
Digital asset delivery
The standard transaction journey described on this website is an end-user fiat-to-digital-asset transaction. Following successful completion of the applicable stages, the selected digital asset is transferred to the end user’s designated wallet rather than to the integrating business.
Once a digital asset transfer has been submitted to the relevant network or service infrastructure, it may not be possible to reverse or recover the transfer.
12
Third-party services
Certain parts of the transaction journey may be provided by third-party service providers. Additional terms, privacy notices, verification requirements or service conditions may apply to services provided by those parties.
13
Service availability
Availability of payment methods, digital assets, networks and transaction services depends on jurisdiction, customer eligibility, service-provider availability and integration configuration.
14
Transaction review
A transaction may require additional information or review and may be delayed, declined, suspended or unavailable depending on applicable requirements, risk assessment, service availability or third-party provider requirements.
15
Availability and changes
The website is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the website or any part of its content at any time without notice.
16
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
17
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.
18
Governing law and contracting entity
The governing law, contracting entity and dispute resolution provisions applicable to this website will be published on the Legal & Regulatory Information page once finalised.

These terms are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Entity, governing law and jurisdiction details will be completed and published prior to commercial launch.
